Gut and Physiology Syndrome (blue book), 520 pages
This book builds on the foundation of Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride’s first book, “Gut and Psychology Syndrome” (the well-known yellow GAPS book), expanding further on the information she shares in that book.
The first GAPS book focused on learning disabilities and mental illness, but people all over the world have found the GAPS Nutritional Protocol absolutely life-changing for healing from chronic illnesses also. “Gut and Physiology Syndrome” focuses on the rest of the human body and completes the GAPS holistic concept. Allergies, autoimmune issues, digestive dysfunction, neurological and endocrine problems, asthma, eczema, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, psoriasis, chronic cystitis, arthritis, and many other chronic degenerative illnesses are covered.
Dr. Natasha believes that the health of the gut is of vital importance for our overall physical and mental health. Her deep understanding of these concepts put her advice in a class of its own.
This book will open your eyes to the wonderful world within us, how the health of our gut affects our overall health and wellbeing, and what you can do to optimise gut health and heal your body naturally.
